After a long time using the vacuum pack method of building, renown good quality composite building, Chemineau Composites is now developing the vacuum infusion building method. This process reduces the emission of solvents and allows one to obtain a percentage of fibre closest to pre-saturated without the extra costs associated with this technology. (ovens, moulds resistant to high temperatures..).
Construction methods
- Stratified vacuum packed
- Infusion
- After baking

Components used
- Carbon and epoxy fibreglass
- Polyester fibreglass
- Vinyl fibreglass
- Kevlar

The structure's design and the materiel-layer design are done by different marine architects, whom we work with regularly. We design our own tools and moulds which are made on site or manufactured digitally
Each project has an initial study done to establish a quote.

We have acquired a serious working knowledge of epoxy resins, polyester, and other reinforced materials. Using our innovative expertise we regularly follow the evolution of composite and take part in any training programmes concerning them. Every year we take part in the JEC, the International Composite Exhibition.
